If you are reading this text, then chances are you are like we were, in that you are a holiday homeowner concerned about what is happening to your much-loved investment whilst you are away.
We too had this dilemma and as soon as we moved out full time, we started our key holding service as part of the That´s Handy family.
Today this has evolved, due to clients feedback and requests, into a full property management service, where we have a large number of very satisfied clients many of which have been with us for a number of years.
We now manage in excess of €10 million worth of property, so we must be doing something right.
Our key holding packages
start from just €10 per month
€10 Package Includes:
One visit per month, whereby we will flush all toilets and run taps on all sinks, baths, bidets etc. If you wish to supply disinfectant or bleach, we will pour that down the above-mentioned drains. In the event of adverse weather, we will visit the property and report back any findings. Any additional visits are charged at €5 per event.
€15 Package Includes:
As above but with unlimited visits to the property for tradespersons etc. access. There is a fair usage policy applicable to this.
We will also pull up the odd weed and remove leaflets etc from gates and anything else visible from the street that could indicate that you aren't there.
We can also offer gardening, cleaning post or pre visit as well as a shopping service.
